Poor pay, unfair management and nonexistent support brings this nightmare to life.

The sales reps and certain management are helpful considering the extreme lack of sales support.

Cons

Konica offers their sales staff absolutly no support at all. No updated sales collateral, incompetent and lazy administration, a useless customer management program and inept sales managers makes this job impossible. As per our office stat rankings 75% of the sales force is below 60% of quota. The remaining 25% has either inherited large accounts or facility management companies or are favored by upper management. This place is an absolute nightmare and a momentum killer.

Company values is great. Global company they treat everyone right. I was field based. Very flexible and open-minded. Really enjoyed working here. Great team !

Cons

Office culture I would say is the only con I have because I heard from colleagues that the staff in the office weren't being treated toooooo well but thats just an opinion I heard. Work life balance can sometimes be difficult depending on position you hold. For me it was quite tiring being field.
