I feel confident that I will continue to have a job. There are many positions and career paths within the company. Longevity here is great, so I feel like I have extended family throughout the nation.

Cons

I wouldn't mind a few extra dollars in base pay. Excessive paperwork and process make daily tasks harder than they need to be.
