you can keep your job even if you suck at it! if your a temp you can surf online all day and take multiple breaks and still get hired! If your really good at your job youll never be promoted. On a serious note pay is great!!!

Cons

very clique many people who work here are family or friends of eachother so no one is really qualified for their position. Department doesnt care about being proactive or preventing errors. Real soul sucker be prepared to work your life away.

The sales reps and certain management are helpful considering the extreme lack of sales support.

Cons

Konica offers their sales staff absolutly no support at all. No updated sales collateral, incompetent and lazy administration, a useless customer management program and inept sales managers makes this job impossible. As per our office stat rankings 75% of the sales force is below 60% of quota. The remaining 25% has either inherited large accounts or facility management companies or are favored by upper management. This place is an absolute nightmare and a momentum killer.

Poor Management, Lack of transparency, vision, and support. I do not feel that the CEO has any vision, and highly micromanages the organization.
