It is a very cut throat environment among your colleagues. There is a lot of back stabbing. I friend of mind that covers the Detroit area is looking for another job right now. Most of the money made for this company comes from Major Accounts. A system specialist can only sell <50ppm and nothing more. That sucks! There is a lot of favoritism that goes on there. It's like the good'ole boys system.

Core business will continue to decline. Limited movement / advancement within the Ramsey HQ. The company does not appear to do position planning or succession planning except for executive management. Limited career development and training and team building opportunities. Too many Japanese "rotational" expats blocking career paths for American employees. Employee health insurance plans are expensive and not competitive with the market.
