Pros

HR has made improvements to their staff. But main HR person still cannot look you in the eye due to all the lies and nowhere, nohow attitude

Cons

If your not in the click of saying yes all the time "a drone" like employee then you are not liked by the click. Lots of young kids who are pumped up by management and real workers are over looked. NO more then 1-3% raises which barely equals out high medical costs.

Pros

Its a job....that about it!

Cons

This is like being in high-school there is tremendous micro-managing and a constant look over your shoulder policy. It is hard to make any money at this place. Several deals get taken by senior people. There is a very high turnover in all their offices. People that have been with this company a long time seem to be leaving. It is a very cut throat environment among your colleagues. There is a lot of back stabbing. I friend of mind that covers the Detroit area is looking for another job right now. Most of the money made for this company comes from Major Accounts. A system specialist can only sell <50ppm and nothing more. That sucks! There is a lot of favoritism that goes on there. It's like the good'ole boys system.

Pros

The company's product and service offerings are excellent. The company is stable and has a high percentage of dedicated long term employees. The company is transforming itself into a tech company and has had success in developing new lines of business to offset the the decline of its core business. Fair and competitive compensation. Overall good working environment. Executives (Director level and above) have unlimited paid time off. Good work / life balance.

Cons

Core business will continue to decline. Limited movement / advancement within the Ramsey HQ. The company does not appear to do position planning or succession planning except for executive management. Limited career development and training and team building opportunities. Too many Japanese "rotational" expats blocking career paths for American employees. Employee health insurance plans are expensive and not competitive with the market.
