Pros

Cant name any can make decent money at other branches that's about all.

Cons

Complete ignorance from management Unhealthy work environment Lack of education on products Lack of opportunity I worked here for 3 months. As had many who I followed. This place is horrible, an HR nightmare. I was shocked people were still working there. It is unprofessional. Micromanaged. And offensive at time with things that were said to me. If you are a woman with a family or even Hope's of one, run. If you are a seasoned sales professional, run. I cant say enough about my experience. I thought I was in the twilight zone the entire time.

Pros

+ They provided "fitbit" based health program - awarding of a lot of walked employers by the medical insurance discount. + Christmas parties + Food on the independence day

Cons

- Micromanagement. Our manager was literally "micromanager". I didn't even know how it can be, but started read the Wiki article and realized - we had (our team) the manager who described by that article almost everything. We had a lot of fights with him. It was awful. - Very unprofessional and technically unprepared manager. We needed to explain him a lot of well known IT concepts. Do you believe this? I wouldn't unless I saw it. He asked to explain every character in code we did, he even couldn't use Git, etc - Company didn't provide any training, courses or anything to improve their employers - Sometimes made pressure to prepare some strange docs like graphical scheme of code callings for one particular method

Pros

Can make a lot of money if the manager likes you Owned by Konica Minolta Good Base Pay Good Commision if you can make a sale

Cons

Managers pick their favorites and those select few who do great otherwise you can't make a sale No actual training on products or solutions; my manager can't answer half of the questions I ask about solutions Can set up appointments but then manager changes mind and doesn't go and you have to call potential client and cancel- most prospects will not give you a second chance CEO loves to talk about himself, during meetings he will repeat keywords 100 times in turns in to a look at how great I am instead of "lets see how great I can help all of you become" Expense for gas won't come close to what you actualy spend driving around prospecting unless you do what most of my co-workers do which is not prospect and just get handed clients from the manager because they are favorites not for hard work but for kissing you know what
