list goes end less, top few 1. No visibility on company strategy, things change every day. 2. Worst work culture and management/leadership. We pay high - squeeze you more attitude. 3. lot of junk senior management driving this. Good people will leave with in one year. Only nowhere else to go are continuing. 4. Daily routine goes through escalations, adhocism, fire fighting, extended hours till 1 or 2 AM (daily meeting at 1:00 AM) 5. Worst HR - Appraisal process is big JOKE, ratings and hikes are purely on lottery. No process, policies, no respect to employees, they feel company runs on their wimps and fancies. 6. Only department/group you find better is - Platform team w.r.to technology. 7. DON'T even think of joining Partner enablement, Delivery team or Vertical Apps (they are worst in the same order). your career is will end if you do so.
