If I were writing this few months back then there were many pros but now I can't think of any. So no pros.

Worst HR No proper policy Never follow the deadlines No proper flow they just dictate the decision They take feedback but never act on them No matter how hard you work, in the end you will get same hike as of non-performers I can go on..there are so many

Mobility Domain which apparently happens to be the next genaration business. In the recent times,we have experinced a positive change within the organization, please keep up the good work , and keep going.

Cons

Nothing much to stress upon. Operational issues tha we tend to undergo are not to mention at all, since we are in a developing phase. Overall, a great place to make ones presence felt
