Good compensation Amazing technical folks from Tech leads to freshers.

Cons

Literally no parking, whatever little place they have is mostly reserved. Over that the management bares no responsibility of the vehicles. There is no process: no formal requirements, no Junit testcases, no code reviews, no clear deadlines, no code freezes. Very ad-hoc process.
