Pros

As a company to what is in the good old days, and to now what it is, there is a lot of maturity. Organization graduated and is gone a long way . Good transformation. Identity crisis no longer exists in Kony. Happy to be a proud Koniyan after 4 years

Cons

Estimates have been an issue since the very initial times. We are not trying to learn from our mistakes and experiences
