Opportunity to work with the "in-thing" - mobility app development on popular platforms. Great opportunity to work with client from all over the world. Good compensation, fast growing and informal working culture (though things have started to change recently)

Cons

Kony over selling the platform capabilities results in a lot of heart burn during delivery. Lot of parity in the way folks from product team are treated vs. other groups. For example: people from product development team are paid 50% more as compared to services group.
