Pros

Easy to progress in a project environment with hard work. The experience will look great on resume. Nice exposure to mobile related technologies

Cons

No value for the work you do outside the company. There is no transparency in the organization.

Pros

As another former employee mentioned, work here only if you are desperate for the paycheck. Beyond that, there are some top-notch professionals working here but unfortunately your chance to work with them will be limited as there is high turnover across almost all teams.

Cons

This is one of the most pathetic jokes of a company I've ever seen. Management is bumbling and utterly lost, the products are horrendous, and the culture is oppressive, paranoid, ridiculous. If you are perusing the reviews here, notice the pattern of excited, happy employees in India, and depressed, frustrated employees in the US - this is not a coincidence, it's a reflection of the company itself. It's because senior management is in the US; if you are far away in India you have the benefit of not seeing the incompetence up close.

401K Management is hiring sr mgmt/arch with no proper experience and creating unnecessary concentration when it can be truly matrix Product support is meager Unnecessary chain of command/COE which does not add value to customer delivery/experience
