Flexible hours...and kony has another good reason that . even fresher would have direct client exposure. Which is difficult in other companies.

Cons

Managers here set client expectations high and make employees work like hell and working in kony requires patience. Lastly, if your lucky enough to work in backends then it might help you give good career outside kony. If you work in kony products only . these would kill your skills totally. Beware...
