Since this is a small community, you get good amount of exposure. The company and members are supportive and helping The infrastructure and other amenities inside the company are good.

Cons

With restricted deadlines for the projects, the work timings may be irregular. We might have to stretch to finish the works sometimes. But this is the case with most of the IT companies.
