1) Amazing people to work with and learn from. 2) Inter-team coordination is good. 3) The help you get when you start out in a new team. 4. Good pay 5. Flexible Timing and work-life balance( it depands on the team you are working for) 6. Well defiend induvidual goals for every employee.

1. good pay in the Industry! 2. Good admin, and responds quickly to Employee concerns.

Cons

1. No work life balance. Work , work and work! That's it.. Nothing else. You are expected to stretch beyond 9 hours daily, else the Manager would think that you're not working at all and relaxing all the time. The timelines submitted are crunchy and never ever suffice if you work for 9hrs daily. So, Now you know why you need to stretch your timings! 2. The product is very unstable. If something works in android, the same might create issues on iPhone and vice versa. 3. Management is really bad, as even though they conduct Employee reviews/feedback annually, the situation prevails to be the same! This needs to change seriously.
