1. Best and First of its kind product to work for. 2. A company with employee friendly environment. 3. Mr. Raj Koneru's vision has undoubtedly been proven the best in market so far. We can blindly be associated with him... And knowledge and exposure guaranteed. 4. Your ideas and views are given a lot of importance and are taken as the key points for future planing. 5. Though a start up right now... But definitely would be one of the leading brand to work with very soon.

As of now i have not seen any cons. Every beginning needs more time and nutureing and i am ready to be a part of the big goal.

1) Highly ambitious product 2) Poor planning 3) Bad managment 4) No respect for employees.They are treated like slaves. 5) There is no work life balance.You are expected to work for more than 12 hours a day including weekends. Please think twice before joining the company.

As of now I don't see any Cons, but any one should have patience to understand , what is the goal and how they want to achieve them. which is the right way to go. If that is not there. any pros will look like Cons . PS : I worked as full time employee for a long time and know the work culture, ethics here
