Shiny building but open the hood and you will see problems.

Pros

Good products created by talented team years ago. New product is few and far between with no content on AAM platforms and no path to get there. Pricing may drive customers away.

Cons

Profit focused with rewards only going to top leaders, much can be shared. Raise the bonus to 10% for all employees they do all the work and deserve better.
