* Difficult to get helps from Engineers * Instruction unclears. Tribal knowledge. * Low pay, multiple roles. Doing things outside your role and responsibilities. * Mandatory overtimes (or felt like it)

Korry was conducting mass layoffs that only got worse when the pandemic hit. After 2020 many employees started finding new jobs elsewhere. Those that were left have been overworked because the company won't hire enough people to do the work. Now Korry is now implementing mandatory overtime because the business is failing and they can't figure out what else to do. Benefits have been cut. Medical has increased in cost every year. Bonuses are a thing of the past. Pay is low compared to similar companies. Turn over is very high. People laugh at you for asking to take PTO. Morale is pitiful.
