Pros

Taking this job is of your own volition. I can say that I've worked with many great deli managers over the course of my 7 years being there. Even if upper management seemingly avoids you, deli managers never have. I've also seen them help outside there own department regardless if asked/tasked to. They're always there and always helpful.

Cons

Upper management constantly, disregards the needs of the workers at the Woodbury location. Constant gossip, mixed with a lack of respect from supervisors and those who decided to take on manger or supervisor roles. Store manager doesn't like conversing about how to help you move up or raises. But instead, tells you how long he has been working and doesn't offer an sort of plan of action to help you grow. Hours constantly cut, with no real room to save money and or grow.
