Pros

Good coworkers, decent pay, reasonable managers, good products

Cons

store management frequently extols the virtues of their civic business structure, and being an active citizen within the business, and then proceeds to implement top-down policies that defy the civic model. Staffing (front end especially) does not reflect the volume of customers in the store. very little opportunity for advancement or raises.
