Pros

Great environment to work in! It's like one big family. Discount on shopping for all employees

Cons

39 hours a week max if you have high seniority. If not.... Not a consistent schedule. Every week is different. Great as an extra income, but not as main.

Pros

Passion for caring not only for the customer, but for one another, especially if you are new. Careful training, and attention to detail. Great folks in Orientation make it a fun place to work. Great uniforms, decent pay, opportunities to cross train to other depts. Great H.R. follow up to see how it's going. Good perks! They give older workers a chance.

Cons

Be prepared to "ache" a bit while learning Bakery. It's hard work, but fun! Have to train away from your store, but don't worry. The stores are all set up the same and everyone has the same guidelines.
