Seemingly anti-operator Management won't take operator advice to make certain operator jobs more desirable (for retention), so training people is like a revolving door. The 2,2,3 schedule, switching back-and-forth between days and nights. Switching from nights to days is difficult and very unhealthy- it's essentially 1.5 days off as a "2-day" break for every-other break. Operators have saved the company a lot of money doing work that would take lots of time and money for contractors to complete. Incentive to do extra work is now non-existent.
