Kraton has a great environment to work in for its supportive and inclusive atmosphere. I also learned a lot from my colleagues and appreciate the collaboration. But most especially the company's commitment to work-life balance, allowing me to manage my personal and professional responsibilities effectively.

Cons

While we are engaging in community involvement activities, I believe coming up with our own scholarship program rewards to our employee's families can offer numerous benefits to both parties. Additionally, it can attract top talent and improve our company's reputation as a more desirable employer.
