Benefits, good salary, extra holiday days, sustainability.

Cons

With extra benefits come more burn outs and competition. The whole plot is to survive your colleague. Mobbing is openly practised and endorsed by management. No integrity. No leadership with values, one huge survival kit necessary. No honesty and no team spirit besides the over- motherly hypocrisy of the facade. Or you end in the grace of the lacking leadership or in one of the "protegees", or it is impossible to continue without humiliation. Older employees patronize and rule the game, all departments are hostage of this elite little club. HR inexistent.

It's a toxic environment to work under the management there and is quite damaging to overall well-being. Don't do it
