No vision, collaboration, communication from management all the way up. Leadership talks, but does not follow through high turnover rate due to extreme mismanagement Values profit over employees everytime

Told they would give training and then didn't assist with training until the prime said that I wasn't keeping up with the pace. When the contract was lost the prime offered up a weeks pay to search for job, that was nice of them, because they weren't even my company. Kratos at the time said we may or may not have a job for you. I ask for a week pay from them as well so I could search for jobs and not be unemployed. They eventually find a job. Unless you are working at their headquarters or satellite office you will likely be forgotten.
