We are also proud that, during the height of the pandemic, our partners volunteered to take pay cuts just to make sure we could avoid the risk that the pandemic could have an impact on employment or compensation for any of our team members. As a result of those actions, we were able to pay our staff bonuses throughout the pandemic, as well as raises at the end of the year.
