Pros

The training they provide is outstanding. They give you a week's worth of training when you first start and then they continue to provide training throughout the year through KMU.

Cons

There are a few people that don't have the right attitude. These people see their jobs as just that - a job. They aren't as dedicated as the rest of us.

Kreischer Miller is a fantastic public accounting firm. In general, this firm hires competent, friendly, helpful people who care about balancing work and life obligations. The firm culture is definitely "work hard, play hard". Upper management really does a great job projecting firm values from the top to the bottom employees.

Cons

Kreischer Miller could work on its in house training program, however this program was recently established, and seems to be improving each year.
