The people at the firm are what make it great. They are friendly and caring. I wouldn't choose anywhere else I would want to work. They care about you as a person and not just another number in the firm. The process of the interview was very professional yet on a personal level. I got to get to know someone personally in the area I applied to work in. It was a great experience to interact and meet more than just the people interviewing me.

Cons

I have no negative comments about this company. All of my experiences thus far have been pleasant.

I worked with KM during the 2019 busy season as an audit intern and it was the most amazing experience. Every morning you are greeted by people who genuinely enjoy their job. Even though I was an intern I felt like I was apart of the team and I was treated as such. From staff to director, everyone was helpful and understanding.

Cons

I have seen no negative aspects of this company.
