Good pay, 6 free doughnuts, it's pretty good

Cons

customers can be surprisingly rude over doughnuts, management leaves a lot to be desired though you can tell that some care it doesn't carry through

Terrible Management Poor Communication HR & Corporate have no care for its employees Company won’t spend money on lawn care, to repair broken machinery PROPERLY, cracked floors. Don’t train their GM’s or DM’s properly, and set too high of expectations. No culture. Terrible Work-Life balance for AGM’s especially with expectations and not enough pay to match.
