None, management is typically great.

very boring and lone working all day, had to do stock take unpaid even though we had a shift leader who was paid to do it, no support from management and treated awfully through text from management, lots of heavy lifting even though we were a store of just young girls who could not lift the stock but we would be in trouble if we didnt move them, hours also very bad as the shop doesnt make enough money to pay us so we would have to do 3hr shifts and requests for days off would always be denied as management dont want to hire for our understaffed shop. constant texts and phone calls from management outside of working hours too which is very illegal as we would be in trouble for not responding, felt like i could never switch off from work.
