Lots of fun, but no manager for years

Pros

Great team, really fun to work with. Great flexibility, I was able to get hours around my days at university. Easy work, can be fun at times.

Cons

We didn't have a permanent store manager at our site for months, so we really lacked structure.

Unlimited free doughnuts and hot drinks on shift

Cons

Management!! they are the worst!! retail will not give enough product for a shift unless he is running the shift himself. High staff turnover because of him personally. Whole place is a joke. Got no opportunities i signed up for. Management want you working ALL of your spare time, will want you to come in during off days, last minute call ins etc..
