Minimum wage, low hour contracts, low benefits for working holidays including Christmas/new year, minimal training.

Good work but no career advancement

Pros

Free doughnuts and coffee. You will make good friends with other team members. enjoyable work.

Cons

Not enough staff rostered per shift even on a very busy holiday. No career advancement. After you become a team leader, that will be it for the next decades... Not much work-life balance because rosters are given few days before the week so you cannot really make future plans for yourself.
