Since the shop runs 24-7 things do break down. Sometimes its hard to get repair guys.

My store manager tends to hire anyone who applies, this has led to us having employees who have no idea what they're doing and end up hindering everyone else. The managers also get flustered at any people coming in, having worked at a very busy store before, it's agitating to have a manager freak out when we have more than a single person in line.
