      Simple Job, nice perks, great staff, but can get stressful at times

      Pros

      As others have said, free donuts/soda/coffee while you work, 50% off discount for everything in the store for you and friends/family while they're with you. Relatively simple/easy work for a food service job and regular raises for people that stay with it for a little while. Talking with people while they visit is nice when business is slow. The management is supportive and there are several little gifts that are given to the staff regularly.

      Cons

      Friday/Saturday after the hot sign comes on, it can get to insane levels of of people coming through the door and when you're understaffed or the doughnut machine simply isn't making the glazed fast enough, it can seem hopeless to get everyone in and out without getting yelled at by a customer that can't fathom that they have to wait for hot doughnuts for 5 minutes or so.

      Pros

      They have flexible hours and they also have free doughnuts and soda pop if your clocked in.... who would complain about free doughnuts..

      Cons

      Most of there employees does not speak english. And there Management are not apart of the team that they are running. If the employees were running behind, the Management staff would not go on the floor to help get caught back up. There management staff is very lazy I guess you could say.

      Pros

      Free donuts, fun place, great co-workers, stays busy, great vacation benefits, great atmosphere, love to see happy customers, schedule is flexible with what i need. Health benefits offered to full time employees.

      Cons

      They don't look at the qualities and qualifications of a good employee and offer promotion within the store. Gm needs to be more aware of what the employees do/don't do. Management doesn't get bonuses .
