Pros

None at all. Lack luster company

You start thinking you are working for an iconic brand and quickly realize you work for a CFO with no leadership skills. You are expected to work long hours and weekends. Since the CFO works this hours to she sees that as normal and does not appreciate it at all. Team members are undervalued and overworked. The leadership team are blind to the employee issues or they don’t care. They are in a bubble. People leave in a year or two and are so glad to leave an extremely toxic environment. Leadership preach family but act in the opposite way. It’s all for show. Glad I left the company.
