Dream job turned nightmare

Pros

You get to take home half a dozen most days.

Cons

I have gotten in trouble for using my cell phone to google a question for a customer when I had to tell every single manager a coworker was sexually assaulting me for months before they changed our schedules (and I got in trouble for saying I would defend myself). They took three months to process my direct deposit because they couldn't process my form (which they didn't tell me until I sent in another copy, one of the managers said "it takes awhile", if I didn't send in three copies I never would've gotten direct deposit). Management has taken my tips and tried to justify it saying the managers give their own money to corporate (that's a broken system) and that tips are not allowed (no one is stupid enough to follow this rule). I've cleaned human waste. Homeless people and rowdy kids are frequent customers. The coworkers that haven't sexually harassed me are harassing me in other ways like burping and blowing on me when they're sick or spreading rumors about me. Managers will break their own rules. You'll get in trouble for doing things that are allowed by the employee handbook. Nepotism is rampant (Christians can wear crosses, pagans can't wear pentagrams, manager's relatives can do anything including assault). I've gotten in trouble for telling my coworkers to do work. The trash bags leak. Everything is partially broken. Flies are in everything. Doing more work doesn't get you any recognition, people who have done less than bare minimum have gotten promotions while some of the hardest workers don't and quit.
