Pros

The company values retention. Actively working to improve training and put processes place to make learning jobs easier.

Cons

Not a lot of training for my position. I am expected to learn and coach most other departments when processes are broken in order to prevent and reduce shrink in stores.

Limited weekends, small team, traveling between stores

Cons

If the stores are spread out in your area be prepared to drive. Pay doesn’t exactly align with the importance of the role in the company.
