Pros

Pay is very competitive with the competion. Will train you to do your job and promotes within. College is not needed but watch out because thats when they got you. You can not go else were and make the money you make as a Kroger Store manger with out a college degree.

Cons

LONG HOURS. No family LIFE Balance. It always what are you doing today not what have you done. If you make your budget they always want more and more. They are never happy. You will make Great money but you will not have a life or family. Be happy with your pay check because thats all you will have.
