Pros

The pay is average but the annual bonus is nice. The benefits including paid time off and associate discount is good too.

Cons

Upper management can be very inept at times. They also expect everyone to work 50+hours while they work 40 max, even though you’re salary. They do not offer normal M-F work schedules.
