Stable job, but toxic culture in this facility.

Great people to work with on the floor. You can build great relationships.

Cons

Upper management is a mess and really makes the life of a supervisor much harder due to their lack of training and poor planning. Also work life balance can be non existent at times. 50+ hour weeks in multiple departments so very little stability at times.
