Pros

Relationships w/ providers Experience & knowledge gained Health benefits are fair Other than attendance policy - company is pretty transparent about job duties and expectations

Cons

-Overworked and underpaid - myriad of responsibilities and little recognition for what we do - corporate seems to care more about money coming in than patient health and well being - not much oversight/ direction or room for growth - schedule makes it impossible to produce any other source of income -do not feel protected at all by the company and often times feel mistreated and overexposed to rude patients unwilling to wait believing their needs should come before others - attendance policy is ridiculous - people get sick and sick days are considered grounds for termination at a medical facility!
