Pros

I have been with the company almost 8 years. I started working as a bagger at 15 years old. I now work for the region's engineering department. There are so many opportunities to advance in your career and they care about work/life/school balance.

Cons

Pay is lower than most places, but can't beat the benefits.

Pros

The clinic is poised to truly provide a service and help the public Is staffed by Nurse Practitioners. You get access to the 10% Employee discount

Cons

The company DOES NOT CARE about patients. Might as well call them customers because they want their money. They do not want to use their position in a grocery store to better the community or help the people. They want providers to rush through patients like a turn style when they should be spending time doing patient care, that it what providers do. In 20 minutes you can barely cover the medical issues and find solutions, must less find other problems like mental health, nutrition, support systems etc.
