Pros

So long as I've kept people aware of what I do and don't know I haven't had any problems.

Cons

Not myself, but fellow co-workers have had terrible beginning experiences, closing their department on the first or second day on the job with little to no instruction.

Pros

Cheap insurance, unionized, weekly payment on time, sometimes a day early even. Hiring process is fairly simple in most cases, that's about it honestly.

Cons

Pay rate is 20% lower than the vast majority of similar companies, they do not treat their employees with respect and they expect 16$/hr worth of work when they pay barely half that, management tends to be entirely incompetent and sometimes flat out rude (the store I worked at went through the whole management team twice, so its not just my managers its others from other stores too)
