Pros
The coworkers are great sometimes depending on location. The management can be really awesome.
Cons
You work long and hard with little to no recognition. I'm not saying you should be praised every time you do your job but a "good job, keep it up" every once in a while would be nice. You work with a bunch of childish people, upper management included and it makes things stressful. You tend to have to pick up slack because of the abundance of laziness in every store. It's always more about the money with everyone in management and they wonder why the stores are a constant revolving door of new hires. It is also always very much a popularity thing as far as promotions or work in general. If you are not in favor then don't expect anything, even if you are a hard worker.
