Pros

Steady Paycheck Plenty of Work A few good Coworkers

Cons

The Merger that failed with Albertsons has had a Major impact on this company. There's less money for everything and everyone because of this. Not to mention the former CEO being hostilely thrown out which affects morale for the rank and file. Should have appealed and fought to the end to make the merger successful. Don't give up. Keep persevering. That's what didn't happen here. Long hours. Lack of support.

Pros

Great coworkers/managers, easy job, good benefits and decent starting pay

Cons

High turnover rate, occasional cold communication, poor work/life balance, bad work days and hours, no room for professional growth, outdated technology, no pay increase aside from inflation-countering raises with an endless increase in responsibilities.
