Pros

-There is a twenty word minimum for this section. Unfortunately, I can’t think of one single “pro” for this company.

Cons

-Management pressures you to see anyone and anything even if it is not appropriate -Expected to book up an hour past closing time -Often have to work alone -ZERO support from management -High turnover with NPs and PCTs -Salary

Pros

Patients, location, coworkers, supervisors, scope of practice.

Cons

Constantly encouraged to work faster, frequently understaffed. The Little Clinic is owned by Kroger and is run with the Kroger mentality...get people in and out as fast as possible...I felt like I was supposed to be selling cookies rather than taking care of patients!
