Pros

decent pay and can have good co-workers to work with, not too difficult work tasks happen often

Cons

Management can and will use you at any chance they get, i was originally just supposed to be a bagger/cashier, but they had me work outdoors more than anything else because they refused to have dedicated members for that every shift

Pros

They have great benefits and bonus. Some good managers and teams.

Cons

Recent changes eliminated remote work flexibility despite many roles being fully capable of being performed remotely. This has made work life balance more challenging for employees managing families, caregiving responsibilities, and medical appointments. Leadership decisions sometimes feel disconnected from the day to day realities of employees who are balancing both professional and personal responsibilities. The higher ups are people that are much older and seem to loss touch of what being a parent means.
