Flexible hours. Better than average pay. Decent benefits. Better benefits for full time.
Cons
There was a mistrust of managers toward employees, especially union employees. More criticism given than praise. Managers need to realize that in a grocery store, it's all about customer service and pricing. You need to reward instead of criticize those that give excellent customer service. It keeps customers coming back. Many managers fresh out of management training, too green to lead.
