Experienced mentors. Good learning environment. Exposed to a lot of different companies and industries. Good culture. Great work from home flexibility (optional 2 days a week in office). People are very nice and have common sense. Work has an eb and flow (Busy at quarter end, not busy other times) which makes taking vacations easy. Self-paced work.

Cons

$18 a day parking or sign up for monthly parking at >$100/mo. Managers can get overloaded with work which can limit teaching opportunities. Minimal onboarding. Steep learning curve.
