- attentive and accepting work environment - lots of room to grow - great benefits and compensation - full transparency on work expectations - fun company outings and events - reliable management and employees

Cons

Some of the work is repetitive and monotonous but most days its interesting and rewarding in the long run. Client calls with class members can be frustrating but that's a given and not a reflection of the company itself.
