Pros

Good place to learn for 1 or 2 years. You learn to handle pressure Exposure to some big local clients Good and clean excel modelling skills. You will learn good excel You'll learn the importance of presenting things in a neat and clean way

Cons

Poor corporate culture. Low salary, very long hours. Employee turnover is very high due to this. Average of 10-12h per day + peaks of 15-16h and sometimes working on weekends and public holidays Little transparency from MDs and the organization After two years, most of the learning is done

Pros

*Kroll is one of the few companies that will hire and train people with little to no work experience right out of school. *Comprehensive training program and interesting work (for the first 2-3 years). *Unlimited paid sick days *Hybrid flexibility (for now) *Great entry-level position and experience to put on your resume *Colleagues are knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

*Senior and upper management are very detached from associates who do the "grunt work", all they care about is how to increase revenue and operating margin. *Low Pay - other firms pay more for a similar position *High turnover - most people only stay at Kroll for 2 years and move on. *Bonuses are low. *overwhelming amount of work - Associates regularly log in 45- 50 hours/ week with no overtime pay.

Pros

Kroll offers diversity, excellent work life balance, a hybrid work schedule, and outstanding individuals to interact with. Management is communicative, will show true compassion and will guide you on your career path. There is a clear career path for those willing to do the work. Salaries are comparable and you will be noticed and rewarded for your contribution and hard work. Benefits are good.

Cons

The interview process can be difficult, and the testing is a challenge. In the beginning there are long hours.
